Rents for Housing Executive tenants in Northern Ireland will rise by 3.75%, ministers have announced.
The increase has been kept below the inflation rate of 4.8%.
Social Development Minister Alex Attwood said keeping rent increases well below the rate of inflation would help protect the most vulnerable.
